Real Estate Developers 1 will provide up to $65K in Sellers Credits, to help buyers with their down-payment, closing costs, and future property use.

Real Estate Developers 1 will provide a turnkey opportunity by renting all units (except 1), thereby making the vacant unit 100% profit (creating a self-sustaining system through this formula, helping to prevent any chance of foreclosure). The buyer will occupy the vacant unit "rent free"!
