In addition, 40 years in financial planning, and business accounting, and over 26 years in real estate private funding for Residential and Commercial projects from large to small.
Mr. Ruff also has years of extensive experience in Day Trading, Dow Jones Index Futures, Currency Futures, and Crypto Currency Futures.
As Managing Partner, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the various arms of the company and facilitates the overall collaboration and communication between the teams, to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Mark Jones is a real estate developer, investor, and executive with more than a decade of experience in leadership, enterprise management, and real estate development.
His experience includes involvement in successful development projects across Canada, as well as participation in the acquisition and revitalization of distressed neighborhoods in Detroit, where strategic redevelopment and long-term investment helped transform underperforming areas into safer, growing communities.
Throughout his career, Mark has been involved in projects ranging from smaller-scale developments to major real estate initiatives, bringing experience in acquisition, planning, development strategy, and execution. His background also includes directing and managing large enterprises and overseeing a workforce of more than 7,500 employees internationally, providing him with extensive experience in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and operational management.
As CEO of RealEstate Developers 1, Mark remains directly involved in the company's day-to-day operations and takes a hands-on approach to every project and client relationship. He believes successful development is built not only on strong projects, but on trust, personal relationships, and long-term partnerships.
His goal is to bring together strategic vision, practical execution, and responsible investment to create lasting value for clients, communities, and development partners.
