Randy Ruff, Managing Partner and Head of Real Development. Mr. Ruff brings an extensive background with 44+ years in business consultation, development and marketing. In addition, 40 years in financial planning, and business accounting, and over 26 years in real estate private funding for Residential and Commercial projects from large to small. As Managing Partner, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the various arms of the company and facilitates the overall collaboration and communication between the teams, to ensure efficiency and productivity.

will never exceed 65% to 70% of the
After Repair Value.

The investment profit should never drop below 20% of the amount of cash you are required to invest.

That’s 20% profit in 12 months or 10% profit each 9 months.
