Investment Opportunity Landscape

Our main focus is to provide home ownership to buyers who prefer to be an owner-occupied buyer and investor.

We provide the following;
1. Ground Up Construction on multifamily buildings (4-12 units).
2. We will help stabilize the property to 90% rental occupancy with the remaining one unit available for owner occupancy
3. The 90% rental occupancy will provide positive cash flow that will allow the owner-occupied buyer to live in the unit for free.
4. We will provide a $65,000 seller credit to help buyer with down payment, closing cost or future upgrades to property.

Cash Investor Opportunities;
1. 30% profit of all cash invested
2. Cash investment will be paid back within 12 months
3. 30% profit will be paid within 12-18 months
4. Minimum investment is $50K
5. Maximum investment is $115K
***Note : Investor’s cash remains in their bank account.

Investors will pay third party fees directly to the following;
• Surveyor
• Architect
• Appraisal
• Insurance
• Title Company Fees at closing
